The benefits of System Modeling for Functional Safety – Example of an EV Domain Controller

From the beginning of the ISO 26262 journey, it has always been a challenge to define a proper safety concept for a semiconductor component developed as SEooC. More than that, exchanging the right and useful safety content with the system integrator is complex. Model Based System Engineering can bring great benefits to those two concerns and others. This session will explore those benefits and describe how to apply it through a practical use case with an EV domain controller.
